4. Client responsibilities
To deliver effectively, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely feedback, necessary materials and access, and to hold the rights to any content you supply to us.
5. Fees & payment
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are defined in each SOW. Unless stated otherwise, an initial deposit is required before work begins, and remaining amounts are invoiced against agreed milestones. Late payments may pause work.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual property in deliverables
Unless a SOW states otherwise, ownership of final, paid-for deliverables transfers to you upon full payment. We may retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and reuse general know-how, tools, and non-client-specific components.
8. Warranties & disclaimers
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the website and services are provided "as is" without further warranties. We do not guarantee specific commercial results (such as rankings, traffic, or revenue) that depend on factors outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Egensolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction. Where you are a paying client based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or another Gulf state, mandatory provisions of your local law that apply to you are respected. We will always try to resolve any dispute amicably first.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
