Project overview
Egensolve System is a comprehensive management platform built specifically for Quran and Arabic teaching academies. It consolidates every operational need in one place: student and teacher management, scheduling, live classes via WebRTC, progress tracking, billing, reporting, and integration with local payment providers.
Running academies without the chaos
Academies teaching Quran and Arabic online were running on Excel and WhatsApp groups. The result: hours lost to manual admin, students slipping through the cracks, payments going missing, and teachers unsure of who they were even teaching. They needed one system that handles everything from sign-up to graduation.
A unified platform
We built a multi-tenant platform where each academy is fully data-isolated. It covers: automated enrolment with built-in payments, smart scheduling that respects time zones, native WebRTC live classes, per-student progress tracking, real-time dashboards for academy admins, and a full API for integrations.
