We ask sharp questions. The ones that actually move the cost and the timeline, not generic ones.
We tell you what we think. If what you need is simpler or more involved than you expected, we will say so. If we are not the right people for it, we will say that too.
You leave with a clear next step. A rough scope, an order of priorities, and a sense of cost and duration.

Nothing is required, but the call goes further if you bring:
